[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Gradually changing Saudi Arabia passed a new policy, granting foreign businessmen and investors permanent residency in the kingdom. The Arab citizens of Israel were not excluded from the new policy, which will allow Israeli Arab citizens to live and work in Saudi Arabia. This has the potential to benefit the two countries economically and open the door for trade in the Middle East. Israel and Saudi Arabia take one step closer to each other in terms of relations, and the economic benefit for both countries may change the perception of Israel in the Middle East.
