1.In the past 24 hours, 40 attacks were carried out against northern and central #Israel. These attacks included launching over 300 rockets deep into Israel, up to 120 km range. #Hezbollah claimed responsibility for 16 of the attacks and Hamas claimed responsibility for one attack.
2.Most of Hezbollah’s attacks targeted the Golan Heights, different parts of the Galilee, Haifa and Haifa Bay area, and the Jezreel Valley. These areas comprise 1.5 million citizens of Israel’s population.
3.Yesterday (September 23), the IDF targeted 1,300 Hezbollah sites, including cruise missiles, heavy rockets, medium-range rockets with a 200-kilometer range, short-range rockets, and Sayad 107-type armed UAVs.
4.Following the #IDF spokesperson’s announcements urging Lebanese civilians to evacuate areas and buildings where Hezbollah’s weapons are stored, reports from Lebanon indicated that many Lebanese civilians started fleeing southern Lebanon to other parts of the country.
5.Yesterday (September 23), Hezbollah launched about 10 rockets toward the Samaria area, approximately 120 kilometers from the border with Lebanon. Some of the rockets hit the Palestinian town of Deir Istiya. Hezbollah did not claim responsibility for the attack.
6.This morning (September 24), Hezbollah launched about 50 rockets toward Kiryat Shmona. In addition, today, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for targeting a site in the Golan Heights using UAVs. No further indications for such an attack have been reported.
7.Also today (September 24), the IDF continued airstrikes in Beqaa and other areas in Lebanon against Hezbollah targets, including buildings used to store weapons, command centers, and military infrastructure.
8.Around 15:00 today (September 24), the IDF carried out an air strike on a building in Beirut, targeting a senior figure in Hezbollah’s missile array.
