Daily Update, October 29, 2024 – 14:30 – Northern Arena

1. In the last 24 hours 43 attacks were carried out from #Lebanon against #Israel, of which #Hezbollah claimed responsibility for 24.

2. Most of the attacks targeted border communities- Metula, Even Menachem, Kfar Giladi, Shomera, Zar’it, Manara, and Kiryat Shmona. The rest of the attacks targeted non-evacuated cities and communities such as Safed, Nahariya, the Krayot, Rosh Pina, Ma’alot-Tarshiha, and Kfar Havradim.

3. Yesterday, the IDF carried out targeted airstrikes in the Tyre region, destroying Hezbollah weapon storage facilities, terrorist infrastructure, and observation posts. Many precautionary measures were taken before the strikes to minimize the chance of civilian casualties, including numerous warnings on various platforms.

4. This morning (October 29), Hezbollah launched approximately 50 rockets toward the city of Ma’alot-Tarshiha and Kfar Havradim. One civilian was killed, and three others injured as a result of a direct hit in a house. 5. The IDF spokesperson announced that IDF forces operating in Kfar Kila located and destroyed underground infrastructure, weapons warehouses, observation posts, and terror infrastructure. Hezbollah’s terror infrastructure established built in the village is intended to serve them as part of their plan to conquer the Galilee and invade Israeli territory.

6. So far, dozens of underground infrastructures, hundreds of Hezbollah military structures, thousands of weapons, enemy intelligence documents, launchers, and tactical equipment of the Radwan unit were found and destroyed in Kfar Kila.

7. In the past 24 hours, IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon located and destroyed Hezbollah’s infrastructure and weapons above and below ground. Dozens of terrorists were eliminated in airstrikes and more than 110 terror targets were destroyed, including rocket launchers aimed at Israeli communities and cities.
