Attacks on Hezbollah terrorist targets in Lebanon
Over the weekend, several attacks were carried out against Hezbollah terrorist targets in the Beirut’s Dahieh neighborhood. The targets included headquarters, production facilities, and weapon storage depots, all embedded within civilian areas. Detailed evacuation warnings, specifying the exact targets, were issued prior to the attacks.
Yesterday (November 23), the IDF targeted an eight-story building in the Al-Nouri (Al Basta Al Fouka) area of Beirut. The attack was an attempt to eliminate Mohammad Ali Haidar, a member of Hezbollah’s Jihad Council, who currently serves as the head of Hezbollah’s military operations. At this stage, it is unclear whether the strike was successful.
Additionally, the IDF attacked the Jusiyah border crossing once again. This crossing connects the town of Jusiyah in the western countryside of Homs in Syria, with the Beqaa region in Lebanon. Hezbollah’s 4400 unit uses this crossing to smuggle weapons from Syria to Lebanon.
