IDF Strikes on Threats in Lebanon: October 20 – 25, 2025

Hezbollah continues its recovery efforts. The core of Hezbollah’s reconstruction lies in its independent weapons production capability, weapons and money smuggling, offensive readiness, and civilian infrastructures that serve as a foundation and cover for its military rebuilding. An examination of the targets attacked by Israel and the profile of those eliminated shows that they correspond directly to these core components of Hezbollah’s rehabilitation.

During the past week (October 20–26), the IDF eliminated ten Hezbollah operatives, including five members of the Radwan Unit. In addition, the logistics commander of the Southern Front Headquarters, a senior operative involved in weapons smuggling, and the regional liaison (Rabat) of the Al-Bijah area (western sector) were also eliminated. On October 23, Israel attacked a precision missile production site in Janta, in the Beqaa Valley—a site that has already been targeted several times in recent months. Also in the Beqaa area, the IDF struck a Radwan Unit training camp, which had previously been attacked, as well as a weapons storage facility in southern Lebanon. This week, strikes were again carried out against engineering equipment used to rebuild Hezbollah’s infrastructure.

The game of resolve – in the face of Hezbollah’s determination to rebuild, the IDF must remain committed to continuing to thwart violations and threats, and to prevent Hezbollah from rebuilding its capabilities anywhere in Lebanon.
