The Lebanese Minister of Displaced Affairs claims that families returning from Lebanon to Syria are being targeted by Regime affiliated militias. The minister claims that he had personally received intel over 20 incidents in which displaced Syrians have met their fate once they re-entered Syria.
This is not the first report over atrocities committed against returning Syrian refugees. Nevertheless, this is certainly the first time where a Lebanese high official reveals details of this caliber.
