An Airstrike Around Homs (July 2)

In the early morning hours of July 2, an airstrike was carried out around Homs, apparently in an area called Najma north of the city.

In the area, we have identified several potential buildings and truck parking lots for use within the Iranian corridor. One of the air defense missiles penetrated Israeli airspace and exploded in the air. Some of its large fragments landed near Be’er Sheva, in the Bedouin town of Rahat. In response, the IDF attacked the battery it launched from. We do not know its exact location at this point. If it is located near the city of Homs, then we know several active batteries as you can see in the visual.
