-Yesterday, following accurate intelligence from the IDF and ISA, IAF fighter aircraft eliminated Wessam Farhat, the commander of the Hamas Shuja’iyya Battalion. He participated in the coordination of the October 7th massacre, wherein he issued instructions to Hamas Nukhba terrorists regarding their invasion into the Nahal Oz Kibbutz and IDF outpost.

– IDF intensifies operations in southern Gaza. The IDF Spokesman in Arabic, Lt. Col. Avihai Adrei, called on the residents living in 6 neighborhoods in Khan Yunis – to evacuate to the checkpoint in Al-Fakhari, A- Shabura A-Zhor and Tel A-Sultan. Later today he addressed the residents of Jabalia, Shuja’iyya, Zaytun and the Old City in Gaza – and called on them to evacuate their homes immediately to the reception centers and schools in the neighborhoods of A-Darj Tupah and the West of Gaza City.

– Since the beginning of ground operations in the Gaza Strip, IDF soldiers have located over 800 Hamas terror underground tunnel shafts. Hezbollah assumed responsibility yesterday for 10 attacks against Israel.

In response to the launches toward Israeli territory throughout the weekend, IDF fighter jets, helicopters, and artillery struck Hezbollah infrastructure throughout south Lebanon. Furthermore, In the proximity of Malkia, IDF aircraft thwarted a terrorist cell that was attempting to open fire on Israel.

-Altogether, 3 Hezbollah terror squads were eliminated on Saturday.

– This afternoon, an anti-tank missile was fired at an IDF vehicle in the Beit Hillel area. As a result, the vehicle was damaged. 8 IDF soldiers and 3 civilians were slightly injured as a result of shrapnel.

Today, as of this writing, Hezbollah assumed responsibility for 5 attacks.

Moreover, several rockets were launched at the Har Dov area, mostly falling in Lebanese territory. Sirens also sounded as rockets were fired toward the community of Zarit. IDF forces responded with artillery fire, attacking the sources of the fire.

– This evening, IDF warplanes attacked a number of Hezbollah targets, including terrorist infrastructure and military targets. In the last hour, a number of launches were detected towards Israeli territory from Lebanese territory. IDF forces attacked the sources of the fire with artillery.

Yemen/Red Sea Arena:

– Britain’s Maritime Trade Operations agency (UKMTO) on Sunday said that it had received reports of UAV activity and a potential explosion in the Red Sea’s Bab al-Mandab strait. UKMTO said the UAV activity originated from Yemen and called on vessels in the vicinity to exercise caution.

In conclusion, 2 ships sailing in the Red Sea were attacked by UAV and a naval rocket. The USS Carney which responded to their distress calls, also came under attack. 

 -A spokesman for the military arm of the Houthis, (mistaken the ships as Israeli ships), assumed responsibility for the attacks. The US warship USS Carney intercepted at least two Houthi drones and detected at least one ballistic missile that hit a cargo ship. It is reported that the British vessel is sinking.

Syria:

– Iran reported yesterday that two IRGC advisors, Mohammad Ali Ataei Shoorcheh and Panah Taghizadeh were killed in Syria in an attack attributed to Israel. This came after Syria accused Israel of attacking targets near Damascus.

-A rocket from Syria targeting Israeli territory was detected earlier today. According to protocol, the launch was not intercepted. The source of the launch was hit by IDF artillery.

Iran:

– Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdulahian: “Hezbollah leadership informed me that its response to renewed fighting in Gaza will be harsher and the enemy (Israel) will regret it.” Quoted here.

Political:

-American Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin: “The protection of the citizens of Gaza is a strategic duty of Israel. The United States will remain Israel’s closest partner in the world, Hamas cannot be allowed to win.”

– Britain’s Defense Minister, Grant Shapps, confirms the initiation of intelligence flights over Gaza to gather information on the abductees: “British abductees are still being held by Hamas, their freedom is our top priority.”

-Yesterday, Hezbollah announced the death of Haj Hader Salim Aboud from Deir Aames – Tyre area.

-Hezbollah demands that Resolution 1701 be implemented on the Israeli side as well, in response to the internal Lebanese and international pressure exerted on Hezbollah in recent days, the organization responds that it demands the activation of Resolution 1701 on the Israeli side of the border.
