The following affidavit further demonstrates the malignant manner in which Hamas uses civilians, medical staff ambulances, and hospitals for its human shield tactic:
Ahmed Kahlot, director of the Jabaliya Kamal Adwan hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, admits that Hamas has turned hospitals into military facilities: “I was recruited into Hamas in 2010 at the rank of lieutenant colonel. There are employees in the hospital who are military operatives of Ezz a-Din Al-Qassem – doctors, nurses, paramedics, officials, and staff members. Hamas has “private ambulances” in one of which they transported a hostage” he goes on to proclaim: “Hamas leaders are cowards. They left us in the field while they hid in hiding places – they destroyed us.”
Northern arena:
At 11:45 this morning, Hezbollah fired an anti-tank missile toward the northern community of Metula in the Galilee Panhandle, no casualties were reported, and the IDF responded with artillery. Hezbollah claimed responsibility.
Sirens sounded at 13:34 in the communities of, Amuka, Mishmar HaYarden, Hulata, Yesud HaMa’ala, Ayelet HaShahar, Gadot, and Sde Eliezer in the northern Galilee, due to a suspicious hostile aerial object that crossed from Lebanon toward Israeli territory. The target was successfully intercepted by the Iron Dome Air Defense System. Soon after, alarms were activated in Bezet and Shlomi in Western Galilee, again, due to a suspicious hostile aerial target. One interception was executed in the area of Kibbutz Bar’am. Simultaneously, the IDF attacked Hezbollah targets in the area of A-Labbouneh, south of the village of A- A-Naqoura in southern Lebanon. Earlier, IAF aircraft and IDF forces attacked a terrorist cell in the Shtula area.
An hour later, alerts were activated in the communities of Sasa, Dovev, Matat, Avivim, Yir’on, Bar’am, Kerem Ben Zimra, Dalton, Reihania, Alma, and Gish, due to another suspicious hostile aerial object that was detected flying toward Israeli territory.
At 15:30, an additional suspicious hostile aerial object was detected, triggering alerts in the communities of Dishon, Yiftach, Ramot Naftali, and Malkia.
Almost two hours later, rockets launched from Lebanon, sent the residents of the communities of Maayan Baruch, Beit Hillel, Kfar Yuval, Tel Hai, Kfar Giladi, Kiryat Shmona, and Kibbutz HaGoshrim to the shelters. The IDF responded with artillery, as a consequence of the attack toward Kiryat Shmona and its surroundings.
In all the above events no injuries or damage were reported.

Today, Hezbollah announced the deaths of two more of their terrorists in southern Lebanon.
South/ Gaza:
The IDF is continuing its operations in Gaza against Hamas terrorist infrastructure and operatives; terrorist cells have been eliminated. IDF troops who operated in Shuja’iyya located numerous weapons, including a Claymore mine, AK-47s, combat vests, and rifle cartridges, in a medical clinic in Shuja’iyya, near a school.

In a targeted operation in the heart of Rafah, an IAF plane, guided by the IDF and ISA, eliminated Subhi Ferwana, a prominent Hamas financier involved in transferring tens of millions of dollars to the Hamas terrorist organization’s military wing. Hamas’ military wing depends on these funds transferred to them via financiers and its capabilities are consequently diminished without them.
Yemen/Red Sea:
Several shipping companies (Maersk, MSC Hapag-Lloyd ONE, Euronav, BP oil) have announced that they will not sail in these maritime lanes until further notice because of the repeated attacks on ships in the Red Sea.
The US announced the formation of a multinational force to secure Red Sea shipping against Houthi attacks. The countries participating in the force, along with the US; are the United Kingdom, Bahrain, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Seychelles, and Spain. Some of the countries will conduct joint patrols while others provide intelligence support in the southern Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. Although not included in the list of countries participating in the US defense operation in the Red Sea, India has stationed two advanced warships in the Gulf of Aden.
US Defense Secretary Austin: Houthi attacks on merchant ships in the Red Sea must stop, calls on countries to publicly condemn these events.
This morning, UKMTO reported an additional incident 80NM northeast of Djibouti last night.
The Norwegian Shipping Authority raised the alert level in the southern Red Sea to the highest level and called on all Norwegian ships to avoid reaching the area
Referring to the international operation in the Red Sea, a Houthi source made it clear: “We will not change our position towards the war in Gaza, any Israeli ship or Israeli vessel that passes near Yemen will be damaged.” “We have capabilities to sink your fleet, your submarines, your warships, the Red Sea will be your graveyard.”
Iran:
The West launched a condemnation toward Iran in the UN Security Council over its ongoing nuclear project to enrich uranium, its development of ballistic missiles, and its provision of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to Russia for its conflict in Ukraine. A statement on behalf of Great Britain, France, and Germany, supported by the United States stated: “There is no credible civilian justification for Iran’s nuclear program, the current direction only brings it closer to military capability.”
Political:
The head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mariana Spolarich: “The crisis in Gaza is a moral failure of the international community. Significant humanitarian activity – very difficult to impossible”- Again, no mention of the Israeli abductees or condemnation of Hamas.
