- In the last 24 hours, 31 attacks were carried out from Lebanon against Israel, of which Hezbollah claimed responsibility for 20. Today alone, Hezbollah has launched over 100 missiles and rockets at communities in northern Israel.
- Most of the attacks were aimed at communities close to the border, such as Shlomi, Misgav Am, Kfar Giladi, Kiryat Shmona, Manara, Shtula, Shomera, and Zar’it, but they also targeted the cities of Safed, Rosh Pina, Katzrin, Haifa, Nahariya, and Acre.
- During the last 24 hours, IDF maneuvering forces identified and destroyed a Hezbollah underground combat complex built under a school in a southern Lebanon village. The complex contained several tunnel shafts as well as weapons caches (photos attached).
- Additionally, over 50 Hezbollah underground facilities, a Radwan unit command center, and numerous weapons, all located in mosques, schools, and other civilian buildings, were identified and destroyed.
- Over the weekend the IDF conducted several airstrikes that targeted a Hezbollah intelligence headquarters as well as weapons depots in Beirut’s Dahiyah neighborhood. The IDF issued warning to local population prior to the attacks.
- This morning (October 20), Hezbollah launched 3 projectiles to the city of Haifa. Additionally, 70 more projectiles were launched at the Western Galilee region, causing damage to property.
- The Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for three UAVs attacks against sites in northern and southern Israel. According to the IDF, all the UAVs were intercepted in these incidents.
