Daily Update, September 19, 2024 – 15:00 – Northern Arena

1.Over the past 24 hours, #Hezbollah claimed responsibility for eight attacks against #Israel using high-trajectory fire, suicide UAVs, and anti-tank missiles.

2.Additionally, this morning (September 19), approximately 10 rockets were fired at the Zar’it area. Responsibility for this incident has not yet been claimed.

3.Yesterday (September 18), Hezbollah launched about 20 Grad rockets at the Beit Hillel area and around 10 additional launches at the Hermon area.

4.Yesterday (September 18), a second wave of explosions involving Hezbollah communication devices began. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, in this incident alone 25 people were killed and 608 were injured. Over the past 48 hours, Hezbollah announced that 37 of its military operatives were killed, most of them in the waves of device explosions.

5.This morning (September 19), Hezbollah fired anti-tank missiles at the Ramim Ridge. Eight IDF soldiers were injured. Additionally, Hezbollah launched suicide UAVs at the Ya’ara area, injuring two more IDF soldiers.

6.In the past 24 hours, the IDF attacked Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, including buildings and weapons storage facilities in the areas of Halta, Kfarkela, Odaisseh, Chama, Jibbain, Chihine, Taybeh, Blida, Meiss El Jabal, Aitaroun and Khiam.

7.In a video (September 18), Lebanese citizens in the Al-Hosh area near Tyre attacked a UNIFIL vehicle. In light of the recent explosions of Hezbollah’s beepers, it seems that Hezbollah supporters are seizing the opportunity to vent their anger and humiliation. Hezbollah is effectively reinforcing the narrative that UNIFIL is collaborating with Israel.
