Hassan Badir was killed in the airstrike in Dahiya on April 1. He is also known as Hajj Rabia and did not operate under Unit 910 or Unit 133. According to the IDF spokesman’s statement, he operated under Unit 3900, a joint unit of Hezbollah and the Revolutionary Guards Quds Force. Their main mission is to cooperate with Palestinian terrorist organizations to carry out terrorist activities against Israeli targets and interests in Israel and around the world (similar to Units 910 and 133) and to provide financial support, knowledge, and means. In addition to operations in various countries around the world, one of its main theaters of operation is Judea and Samaria. Supporting Palestinian terrorist organizations in this theater together with Unit 840 of the Quds Force and the Special Operations Wing (4000) of the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence.
The Palestine branch of the Quds Force is, in our assessment, a partner with Unit 3900. The Palestine branch is responsible for maintaining continuous contact between the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and the Palestinian terrorist organizations. The branch is headed by Mohammed Said Izadi, known as “Haj Ramadan”, who is about 60 years old. Under Izadi’s command, we were aware of three other senior Iranian figures in the Palestine branch who are involved in training, operations, and assistance to Palestinian organizations: the first, Ali Marshad Shirazi, known as “Abu Javad”, born in 1969. The second, Majid Zaree, known as “Abu Ruqayyah”, an operations officer, born in 1977. The third, Mostafa Majid Khani, known as “Haj Majid”, born in 1961, is involved in training and guidance.
