Hezbollah Military Zone No. 20 is within the civilian population located between Bint Jbeil and the border with Israel. In our estimation, this zone serves as a line of defense for Hezbollah.
It is also possible that Hezbollah will not allow the civilian population there to leave during an escalation for the purpose of having human shields and to limit possible IDF activity in this area.
