On January 28th, two Hezbollah vehicles were attacked from the air: a truck and another vehicle. They were transporting weapons in the Nabatiyeh al-Faouqa area and the village of Tabnif in southern Lebanon. Despite the ceasefire agreement, Hezbollah is trying to consolidate and reestablish its power in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah activity continues to occur within civilian areas. In the current case, it appears that Hezbollah attempted to hide one vehicle in the parking lot of a civilian garage and the other in the parking lot of a family entertainment complex. Israel must continue to show zero tolerance for any Hezbollah activity that has the potential to be a direct threat and act against this threat immediately.
