IDF Strikes in Lebanon – Weekly Summary 19 – 26 January 2026

During the week of 19–26 January, the IDF carried out 19 airstrikes across Lebanon, both north and south of the Litani River, as well as in the Beqaa Valley. This week was marked by an increase in the scope of strikes in areas south of the Litani, indicating Hezbollah’s continued activity in the area. Strikes in this zone included the elimination of operatives, attacks on weapons production infrastructure, and the disruption of Hezbollah’s rehabilitation efforts.

As part of the strikes, five Hezbollah operatives were eliminated, including the rabat (local liaison) of the village of Yanouh, a senior figure in the weapons smuggling network, a regional artillery officer, an operative present in a weapons production facility that was struck, and another operative whose identity has not yet been published.

The targets struck included weapons storage facilities, an underground site used for weapons storage, and terrorist infrastructure that Hezbollah had embedded within populated areas. Prior to some of the strikes, the IDF issued evacuation warnings to the civilian population. In addition, four border crossings between Syria and Lebanon used by Hezbollah for weapons smuggling were struck, along with engineering vehicles involved in the rehabilitation of terrorist infrastructure, a weapons production facility, and a military structure within a camp belonging to the Radwan Unit.

In parallel, during ground operations, two structures in the village of Kfar Kila were demolished as part of the IDF’s effort to thwart Hezbollah’s attempts to rehabilitate its military infrastructure along the contact line.

  1. Dear Alma staff,
The process of weeding out the hezbollah terrorists continues, until there is left neither root nor branch of any form of hezbollah presence in Lebabon. Darkness and death must be eradicated to bring forth Light and Life. Death is to be swallowed up in Victory.
