[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As part of the American effort to impose sanctions on Hezbollah in various channels the United States has placed sanctions on the son of former Lebanese Minister of Labor, Abdallah Al Amin, as he is accused of assisting in funding Hezbollah. Al Amin had allegedly aided the terrorist organization through 9 companies that are under his name, all of which had been sanctioned. While the American approach towards Hezbollah shows promise, the real concerns lay in Hezbollah’s influence and spread of network, due to its inclusion in the government. This will be the real challenge in combatting the terrorist organization, as this is certainly not the first incident of its type.
