IDF Strikes on Threats in Lebanon: 15-24 September 2025

Over the past nine days (September 15–24), several weapons depots belonging to the Radwan Unit were attacked south of the Litani River (a few kilometers from the border with Israel), in Borj Qalaouiye, Tair Zebna (Chehabiyeh), Meiss al-Jabal, and Tebnine. The depots were located near three schools, two pharmacies, two cemeteries, and a mini-market. The Radwan Unit continues to attempt to restore infrastructure and activity in southern Lebanon while trying to secretly integrate into the civilian environment, which it uses as a human shield. The IDF also struck a Hezbollah military headquarters that was operating from within a civilian residential building in Nabatieh. In addition, a Hezbollah vessel off the coast of Naqoura, which was being used for intelligence gathering, was attacked. A total of six Hezbollah operatives were eliminated. Among them were a member of the Radwan Unit and a weapons procurement operative from Baalbek, who also directed terror cells in Syria. In recent months, several Lebanese terrorists involved in directing cells in Syria have been eliminated. Some were Hezbollah operatives, and others were operatives of Unit 840 of the Quds Force. Hezbollah and Iran are attempting to maintain their foothold in Syria even after the fall of the Assad regime.
