Brigadier General Haidar Sakinah Is a Shiite from the town of Blatt in southern Lebanon and is related to the town of Alabasiya in southern Lebanon. He began his service in the commando brigade of the Lebanese army. Among other things, he served in the Republic Guard Brigade and in his last position served as commander of the 10th Brigade in the army.
