IDF Strikes on Threats in Lebanon: 04-10 August, 2025

In the week between August 4 and August 10, five Hezbollah operatives were eliminated, including the intelligence officer for the Aadloun sector in the Radwan Unit. In addition, Abu Khalil Wishah, head of the military department of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, was also eliminated. Along with him, Mufid Hassan Hussein, a military commander in the Popular Front, was eliminated as well. On August 6, the IDF struck several weapons storage facilities, launchers, and Hezbollah infrastructure north of the Litani. The IDF continues to act to disrupt Hezbollah’s rehabilitation efforts both south and north of the Litani, reduce the freedom of action and movement of Hezbollah operatives and members of other organizations, maintain a sense of persecution and intelligence penetration, and damage weaponry and infrastructure.
