IDF Strikes on Threats in Lebanon 12 – 19 January 2026

During the week of 12–19 January, 11 airstrikes and four ground attacks were carried out in Lebanon. Most of the airstrikes were conducted north of the Litani River (five strikes) and targeted a variety of objectives, including military camps, tunnel shafts used for weapons storage, and military sites and structures. An operative affiliated with Hezbollah who was involved in rehabilitating the organization’s terrorist infrastructure was eliminated. Hezbollah has shifted its center of gravity north of the Litani, which currently serves as the organization’s primary operational area. In the Beqaa Valley, four airstrikes were carried out, targeting weapons depots and terrorist infrastructure. This area continues to serve Hezbollah as a central operational and logistical area. In the area south of the Litani River, two airstrikes were conducted, likely aimed at attempted elimination of Hezbollah operatives whose identities have not yet been published.

  1. Dear Avraham,
Thank you for the report. The execution of Justice against hezbollah must continue until they are removed from Lebanon. If remnants remain, they will regrow like a cancer to bring death to the host.
