On Monday night (March 24), an Israeli airstrike eliminated Hassan Kamal Halawi, the commander of Hezbollah’s anti-tank unit in the “Southern Front.” Halawi, who was killed in Qaaqaaiyet El-Jisr near Nabatieh, was a key operational expert who was in charge of the anti-tank units in south Lebanon. He is one of the highest-ranking officials eliminated since the ceasefire began- during which he continued planning terror activities against Israel.
