- Since Thursday (May 02), Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for 9 attacks against Israel using high-trajectory fire (including Grad and Falaq rockets) and anti-tank missiles.
- On Friday, (May 03), a Hezbollah UAV infiltrated Israeli territory and was intercepted around Yarka in the Western Galilee.
- Also on Friday, rockets were launched toward the community of Tziv’on and the Miron Mountain. Attached below is a video of the rockets hitting Miron Mountain.
A short while ago (May 05), Hezbollah launched Grad and Falaq rockets toward the city of Kiryat Shmona. Some rockets hit the city area, one person was injured, and a civilian building and a car were damaged. Attached are photos and videos documenting the impact of the rockets (taken from social media, credit: unknown). According to Hezbollah, this attack was in response to the IDF attack this morning in Mis al-Jabal, where there were several casualties.
- Also this morning, rockets were launched toward the Upper Galilee and the Mevo’ot Hermon region. The rockets launched did not cross Israeli territory. No responsibility was claimed.
- This morning, the Islamic resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for attacking the Haifa port using cruise missiles. No indication of such an attack was reported.
- The IDF struck Hezbollah terrorist targets, including military compounds and infrastructure around Chebaa Markaba, Ayta ash Shab, Kfarkela, Maroun al-Ras, Bint Jbeil, Aitaroun, and Tayr Harfa. IDF soldiers shot artillery fire to eliminate a threat in Aalma El Chaab, Naqoura, Marwahin, Hanine, and Matmoura.
- On April 29, Hamas’s military branch in Lebanon claimed responsibility for firing a barrage of rockets toward a military base close to Kiryat Shmona. The video below is the first video Hamas published demonstrating a launch of rockets against Israel in the north.
