- Over the past 72 hours, Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for 34 attacks against Israel using high-trajectory fire (including Grad, Burkan, and Falaq rockets), anti-tank missiles, and suicide UAVs.
- On Thursday (August 8), Hezbollah launched a barrage of approximately 25 Grad rockets deep into the western Galilee region. Numerous impacts were identified in open areas, causing fires in agricultural fields.
- Also on Thursday, according to local reports, an airstrike was carried out against a Syrian army bunker complex located about five kilometers south of Shayriat airport, southeast of the city of Homs. The airport and the area around it serve as an intermediate station for storing weapons transferred from Iran to Lebanon, as part of the land corridor.
- On Friday (August 9), Hezbollah carried out several barrages of Grad and Falaq rockets towards the city of Kiryat Shmona, causing significant damage to property and infrastructure. Attached are a video and a photo of the damage in the city (credit: Kiryat Shmona Spokesperson).
- On Friday, Samer Mahmoud Al-Haj, Hamas’ military commander of in the Ain al Hilwa camp, was eliminated by the IDF in the Sidon area. Al-Haj was involved in terrorist activity against Israel and was responsible for launching rockets into Israeli territory.
- In response, on Saturday (August 10), Hezbollah launched suicide UAVs towards the lower Galilee, deep within Israel. Hezbollah claimed that the target was a military base.
- Also on Saturday, Hezbollah fired Grad rockets at the community of Eilon in the western Galilee. According to Hezbollah, the attack was a retaliation for IDF strikes in southern Lebanon.
- Over the past 72 hours, the IDF struck several Hezbollah targets in Lebanon, including buildings, infrastructure, rocket launchers, a weapons storage facility, and a UAV ready for launch in the areas of Kfarkela, Yarine, Rachaf, At-Tiri, Houla, Ayta ash-Shab, Naqoura, Hamaam, Mehabib, Markaba, Tayr Harfa, Khilat al-Daba, Hanine, Khiam, and Blida.
- Additionally, IDF soldiers shot artillery fire to neutralize threats in various areas in southern Lebanon, including Rmaych, Chebaa and Meiss El Jabal.
