IDF Strikes on Hezbollah Threats in Southern Lebanon: 23 – 29 June 2025

During the past week, eight #Hezbollah operatives were eliminated in southern #Lebanon, and targets were attacked in ten different areas. Among those eliminated were local commanders, including two commanders in the Radwan unit, one of whom was an intelligence officer in one of the Radwan battalions operating in the sector, the commander of the anti-tank array in the Bint Jbeil sector, and the manager of the “Al-Sadiq” money exchange house, which is linked to Hezbollah’s funding network. Hezbollah operates in three main recovery layers: the operational-military layer (planning and updating operational plans, readiness), the weapons layer (self-production, repositioning, and smuggling), and the financial layers (money transfers through exchangers and cash smuggling). Since the ceasefire, 53% of the attacks against Hezbollah operatives were carried out south of the Litani, 35% north of the Litani, 10% in the Bekaa, and 2% in Beirut (the data we present pertains to 106 operatives who were eliminated, with their details published and verified). The number of IDF eliminations and strikes in southern Lebanon serves as a litmus test for Hezbollah’s activity in the region.
