The Israeli Front
On the fourth day of the war, two heavy barrages—approximately 65 missiles and dozens of UAVs—were launched toward the center and the Haifa-Krayot regions. Reports indicate 8 fatalities and over 100 injured, with rescue operations still ongoing. Extensive damage was caused to buildings, including the U.S. Consulate in Tel Aviv.
Since the beginning of the war, 24 civilians have been killed. More than 370 missiles and hundreds of UAVs have been launched at Israel.
Strikes in Iran
The strikes in Iran continue. Yesterday, the Israeli Air Force targeted an Iranian refueling aircraft approximately 2,300 kilometers away at Mashhad Airport in eastern Iran. This was the most distant operation carried out by the IDF since the beginning of the campaign. The Air Force is working to achieve air superiority throughout Iran. In addition, numerous weapons manufacturing sites across Iran and Quds Force headquarters in Tehran were struck.
The Air Force is continuously targeting launchers, ballistic missile sites, storage facilities, and missile deployment locations to prevent launches against Israel. The IDF has destroyed one-third of the Iranian regime’s missile launchers—over 120 in total. These are large launchers, some mounted on trucks, each capable of launching dozens of missiles.
In the videos below, you can see what appears to be missile trucks in Kermanshah that were targeted, as well as an Iranian truck carrying a ballistic missile. It remains unclear whether the vehicle was abandoned by its operators out of fear of being targeted, or if it was a decoy missile intended for deception.
Iranian trucks carrying air defense systems from western Iran toward Tehran were also targeted (June 16) while in transit, struck from the air. In a local video, a fire truck can briefly be seen near one of the damaged trucks. Another video shows a burning truck.
Eliminations
The head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, Mohammad Kazemi, and his deputy, Hassan Mahkaki, were eliminated. Mohammad Kazemi had served in this position since 2022 and was responsible for counterintelligence, espionage, and targeting opponents of the Iranian regime. In his role as head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, he was in charge of developing intelligence assessments for terrorist operations and monitoring Iranian citizens in order to suppress the population and preserve the regime.
His deputy, Mohammad Hassan Mahkaki, previously served as the head of the Strategic Intelligence Division and played a central role in the Iranian regime’s terrorist activities against Israel, the West, and countries across the region.
Also eliminated were the heads of the Quds Force Intelligence Division, Mohsen Bagheri and his deputy, Abu al-Fadl Nikouei. They were primarily responsible for providing operational and intelligence support to members of the “Resistance Axis,” including Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis, and militias in Iraq. Bagheri and Nikouei also played a significant role in Iran’s efforts to establish a foothold in the Syrian arena.
Colonel Reza Najafi was eliminated in a strike on a Revolutionary Guards headquarters in Igdir. The commander of Tehran’s police, Ahmadreza Radan, was also eliminated in a strike yesterday.
Iranian media outlets are reporting an improvement in the condition of Ali Shamkhani, the Supreme Leader’s senior political advisor, after reports of his death circulated yesterday. This report cannot be verified, as the Iranians are operating an extensive system for spreading fake news, psychological warfare, and disinformation.
Yemen
Earlier this morning, a missile launch from Yemen was detected. The missile fell outside Israeli territory. Iran’s proxies continue to pose a threat to Israel.
Syria
Syria is reinforcing its forces along the border with Iraq due to concerns that members of the Iraqi Shiite militia, Al-Hashd Al-Shaabi, might enter Syrian territory and attempt to launch rockets and UAVs against Israel and the United States.
Lebanon
Israel continues to operate on the northern front to thwart threats. Earlier today, a vehicle in the village of Houla in southern Lebanon was attacked by a UAV.
Lebanon’s Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, stated during a cabinet meeting in Beirut today that it is necessary to prevent Lebanon from becoming entangled in any way in the ongoing war between Israel and Iran, given the potential consequences for Lebanon. According to him, Lebanon has no connection to this war.
