Hezbollah Military Zone #24

Hezbollah Military Zone number 24 holds high potential for launching mortars on the city of Kiryat Shmona in Israel. A UNIFIL base is located near the area, which Hezbollah will use as a human shield. UNIFIL cannot enter many areas in southern Lebanon because Hezbollah does not allow it.
