- Over the past 24 hours, 31 attacks were launched from Lebanon against Israel, with Hezbollah claiming responsibility for 14 of these incidents.
- Most attacks targeted communities near the border, including Shlomi, Kiryat Shmona, Metula, Shtula, Yir’on, Beit Hillel, and Margaliot, as well as the cities of Haifa, Safed, Ma’alot-Tarshiha, Karmiel, the Lower Galilee region, and the Jezreel Valley.
- During the last 24 hours, IDF maneuvering forces identified and destroyed numerous weapons and rocket launchers. Significant caches of munitions were located, including grenades, firearms, combat equipment, anti-tank missiles, RPG launchers, IEDs, and additional combat gear. Additionally, weapon storage facilities, booby-trapped buildings, rocket launchers, and anti-tank missiles were targeted. In addition, the IDF carried airstrikes that targeted Hezbollah terror sites and rocket launchers. - Yesterday (October 20), the IDF targeted command centers and locations in Beirut, Southern Lebanon and the Beqaa Valley, used by Hezbollah to store its funds. Multiple precaution measures were taken prior to these attacks to minimize the risk of civilian casualties, including various warnings to the local population.
- This morning (October 21), Hezbollah launched approximately 25 rockets toward the Karmiel and Ma’alot-Tarshiha areas, some of which were intercepted. A video is attached (credit: unknown).
- The Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for launching a UAV toward the Golan Heights. The IDF reported that the UAV was intercepted.
