Hezbollah’s Tunnel Network in South Lebanon: Potential Tunnel Route (45 Km)

On the night of December 8, the IDF struck in the Aklim al-Tufah area, north of the Litani, in a region located north of Nabatieh and southwest of Jezzine. The strikes were directed at several targets, including a training compound belonging to the Radwan Unit and rocket-launch sites.

According to information we have (which we previously published as part of the project on Hezbollah’s “Land of Tunnels” in Lebanon), this area also contains extensive Hezbollah tunnel infrastructure that we have defined as strategic tunnels. Part of the infrastructure consists of underground sections whose total length amounts to dozens of kilometres.

Based on the evidence we have, since 2008 Hezbollah has carried out fortification work in this area using large quantities of construction materials. The underground infrastructure was built with the assistance of a North Korean company specializing in such projects, named:

Korea Mining Development Trading Corporation

The actual construction was carried out by Hezbollah’s Jihad al-Bina, using civilian engineering companies whose owners are linked to Hezbollah. Overall supervision of the project was carried out by the Iranians.

  1. Dear Tal,
It is now necessary to remove the cowardly terrorist tunnel rats along with the snakes that consume them with their ideology of death cult caliphate delusions. The parasitic hezbolla, hamas, and houthis are not armies, they are terrorist islamonazi cowards who cannot fight like men of honor, because they have no honor. Their tactics are: destabilization of legitimate governments, deception, terror, manipulation, fraud, coercion, bribery, propaganda and every sleazy lie that can support their delusional visions and executions of death threats. This is a war of Good versus evil, Light versus darkness. It is time to execute Justice against incarnate evil.
